Today’s morning breaking news of the sudden demise of a Bollywood Tragedy King Dilip Kumar broke the heart of many fans.
Bollywood Tragedy King Dilip Kumar was an unmatched persona whenever he was admitted to the hospital and rumors of him being seriously ill spread like a fire.
But, every time Saira Banu, Dilip Kumar’s wife, through her statement warned fans not to trust rumors about the 98-year-old Bollywood actor’s health. She appealed to his fans to pray for Sahab’s health, and she prayed to the Almighty to keep all of his fans healthy during this pandemic,"
Saira Banu in her recent tweet was very hopeful and said, soon they would be at home but God has decided something else.
Shri Dilip Kumar was an outstanding performer and a true thespian who was regarded by everyone for his exemplary contribution to the Indian film industry. His death is a monumental loss to Indian cinema.
This compelled me to write a few words about heroic esteemed personality.
It became a herculean task to pen down about a legendary who throbbed the heart of millions by his style, his voice, and of course his acting. He crossed all the barriers of acting and displays his rare talent.
He made his Hindi film debut in 1944 with the movie Jawar Bhata.
He was recognized as a method actor. His facial expression has brought realism to the character. Other actors had mimicked his techniques. His great acting was a reflection of the truth. Dilip Kumar was a practitioner of the Stanislavski method and because of that Dilip Kumar was the greatest of all among the Bollywood actors.
Whatever role he portrayed, he put his entire dedication and hard work. That’s the reason that each scene he had given in films like Andaz, Ganga Jamuna, Madhumati, Devdas, Naya Daur, Mughal-e-Azam is a tutorial for actors. He made a hat trick in 1954, 1955, 1956 by winning the Filmfare award. He was a recipient of 8 Filmfare awards and also the recipient of the prestigious Padma Bhushan, Padma Vibhushan, and Dada Saheb Phalke Awards.
He used to dive deep into emotions and took his audience with him and ultimately made the audience empathize with him. In a career of 60 years, he did only 65 cult classic movies.
Dilip Kumar at the request of Mr. Atal Bihari Vajpayee visited Pakistan and talked to PM Nawaz Shareef regarding maintaining peace between the two countries. He was the most respectful actor transcending generation. Many superstars are still far behind matching his excellency like Dilip Kumar.
Here I would like to quote his famous dialogue as Prince Salim
“Taqdeeren badal jaati hai, zamana badal jata hai, mulkon ki tareekh badal jaati hai, Shahenshah badal jaate hai, magar is badalti huyi duniya mein mohabbat jis insaan ka daman thaam leti hai, wohi insaan nahi badalta.”
Sometimes their dialogue describes their whole life.
